Olga Brzezińska is a distinguished cultural manager, EU studies scholar, and university lecturer with extensive expertise in arts management and international programming. Currently, Olga serves as the Deputy Director at the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, where she is responsible for programming, strategy, and key initiatives such as the UK/Poland Season 2025 and the international cultural programme of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
In addition to her role at the Institute, Olga shares her knowledge as a lecturer of cultural diplomacy at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and as an instructor on leadership in the MBA program at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Beyond these roles, Olga serves as the Programme Director of the Leadership Academy for Poland and contributes as a member of the Mentor Board of the Rafał Brzoska Foundation. As a co-founder and President of the City of Literature Foundation and founding member of the Executives for Impact initiative, she actively supports the development of NGOs and drives impactful change in the cultural and educational sectors.
