Collection of ID cards

Dear Participants,

In just a few days – on June 3–4 – we will meet in Gdańsk for the 11th International Forum "Europe with a View to the Future" – Parliament of Words. Thank you for registering – we look forward to seeing you!

We would like to inform you that on both days, you will be able to collect your name badges with QR codes at the European Solidarity Centre. These badges will grant you access to the panel discussions for which you have registered.

The Forum reception desk will be open during the following hours:
June 3: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
June 4: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Please note: Name badges are not required for the meeting with Olga Tokarczuk – it is sufficient to present the QR code you received via email. Badges are only required for the panel sessions that require prior registration.

We encourage you to collect your badge early during reception hours to avoid queues.

To help speed up the process, please have your QR code ready. It was sent to you by email from the address of the National Centre for Culture.
